Refund Policy:

All sales are final.

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any coaching programs, lab testing packages, consultations, digital products, or downloadable materials.

Once a purchase is completed, access to materials and/or preparation time has been allocated specifically for you. For this reason, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are not permitted.

If you need to reschedule a booked consultation, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
